7th Street NW: It’s a good thing someone is a really lousy aim … 20 shots at a car, and only one round appeared to actually hit anyone. Unfortunately, it was a mother who was shot, and a three-year old wounded by glass. (UPDATE: NBC-4 has more details, there were three children in the car, and the mother was hit twice. It’s even more miraculous that no one else was injured!)
